Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the H&K Henkilöstö Oy platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Platform Services

H&K Henkilöstö Oy provides a platform connecting workers with employers. We do not guarantee employment or the availability of shifts.

4. Payments and Fees

Employers agree to pay the stated hourly rate plus the platform service fee for all successfully completed shifts. Workers will receive their earnings minus applicable taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

H&K Henkilöstö Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact support for account deletion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
